Month November 2018

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday this year.  There is so much to be thankful for!  We loved spending it in Burley with our little guy and being able to visit with family.

Fall is here, and it’s for sure one of our favorite times of year!  It was fun to start creating traditions and new memories with our little guy — somehow even our favorite things are made even better by sharing them with sweet little Isaac!  Here’s what we’ve been up to this autumn.

The last leg of our tropical vacation included a stop in Freeport, Bahamas, and then being reunited with our sweet boy! It was a memorable trip for sure, but we’re glad to be reunited safely as a family!

The second half of our trip was cruising to the Bahamas, and this post covers our first few days on the ship and in port at the gorgeous Princess Cays!

The next part of our vacation included the Orlando temple, which was amazing, and then a visit to Universal Studios and Harry Potter World. So. Much. Fun!

Thanks to Tom’s IHG status and a correspondingly great promotion, as well as Tom being really awesome at his job and winning a trip through a competition at Acquia, we were able to take a belated honeymoon in November.  We went to Cocoa Beach and Orlando Florida, and then on a cruise to the Bahamas.  It was such a fun trip and we loved our tropical getaway! This post covers our first few days there, which included time at Cocoa Beach and a visit to Kennedy Space Center!
